You will be primarily accountable for managing the relationship with all companies where Sprink is a food partner
Work with senior management team to provide a superior level of service to clients by managing their expectations and our deliverables
Analysing client metrics to identify opportunities to improve the overall service
Communicate key client requirements/service levels internally and help Operations team to manage client expectations if required
Coordinate client satisfaction surveys (voice of the client)
Manage Client escalated issues and work on action items after performing root-cause analysis of the issues raised
Coordinate the invoicing process as per the monthly billing cycle of each client
Act as an escalation point and liaison across the divisions to coordinate resolution of client queries
